Terms for using playcurator.com and for ordering soft play equipment, indoor playgrounds and bounce houses from PlayCurator.
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Scope
PlayCurator is a brand of Zhejiang Jubaotoy Toys Co., Ltd., Shangcun Village, Qiaoxia Town, Yongjia County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The terms below cover use of the website playcurator.com and orders placed with PlayCurator by business buyers.
The proforma invoice or sales contract issued for each order states the confirmed specification, price, payment terms, delivery terms and warranty. Where an order document and the terms below differ, the order document applies.
Use of the website
- The website provides product and design information for business buyers.
- No prices are shown and no orders are placed online. An inquiry sent through a form is a request for a quote, not an order.
- Visitors agree not to copy the website in bulk, interfere with the website, or send false or unlawful content through the forms.
Product information and images
- Designs in the gallery are references. Every indoor playground is redrawn to the floor plan, ceiling height and budget of the venue.
- Some images are 3D renders or edited images. The delivered product can differ in detail from an image.
- Colors on a screen differ from production colors, and small color differences between production batches are normal.
- Sizes on the website are reference sizes. The sizes on the proforma invoice are the confirmed sizes.
Quotes and orders
- A quote is valid for the period stated on the quote.
- An order is confirmed when the buyer accepts the proforma invoice and PlayCurator receives payment under the payment terms stated on the proforma invoice.
- Drawings, colors and artwork approved by the buyer before production are the basis for manufacturing.
Prices and payment
Prices, currency and payment terms are stated on the quote and the proforma invoice. Bank charges, import duties, taxes and customs clearance costs in the destination country are paid by the buyer, unless the delivery terms state otherwise.
Production and delivery
- The production lead time on the proforma invoice starts when the order is confirmed and all drawings, colors and artwork are approved.
- Changes requested after production starts can add cost and lead time.
- Delivery terms and the transfer of risk follow the trade terms stated on the proforma invoice.
- Shipping dates are estimates. PlayCurator is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, ports, customs or events outside the control of the factory.
Installation
PlayCurator provides layout drawings, an installation manual and online guidance. Installation is carried out by the buyer or a contractor appointed by the buyer. On-site engineer support is available by separate agreement.
Safety and local regulations
- The buyer is responsible for checking local building, fire and playground safety regulations and for obtaining any permits required to open the venue.
- Certificates and test reports held by PlayCurator are available on request. Additional testing to a local standard can be arranged at the cost of the buyer.
- The operator of the venue is responsible for supervision, cleaning, inspection and maintenance after handover.
Intellectual property
- Text, images, designs and drawings on the website and in proposals belong to PlayCurator or the respective owners, and may not be reused commercially without written permission.
- Layout drawings supplied with a quote are for evaluating the offer and may not be passed to other suppliers for production.
- A buyer supplying logos, characters or artwork for custom printing confirms holding the right to use the material and accepts responsibility for claims arising from the material.
Warranty, returns and claims
Warranty terms are stated on the proforma invoice. Returns, cancellations and claims are handled under the Return Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PlayCurator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, delayed opening or third-party claims arising from installation, operation or maintenance carried out by others.
Governing law and disputes
The governing law and the dispute resolution method are stated in the sales contract or proforma invoice for each order. Both parties first try to resolve a dispute by direct discussion.
Privacy
Personal information sent through the website is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
Updates to the terms are published on the same page with a new date. Questions go through the contact page or by post to the address above.
